Rate rises will create movement out of overvalued stock into commodities during inflationary cycle. Back in 2000s inflationary cycle, when the rates were up, housing boom was unstoppable. We are in the beginning of real estate expansionary cycle fuelled by scarce & high commodity prices. Today, both in the US & Australia rental vacancies are at crazy low.... if a renter get kicked out by your tenant, he'll be competing with other lots of rental applicants...
