Trump is doing nothing because the people want their liberty and they have guns. Americans accept gun violence and homicide as the collateral damage to a liberal gun owning society. Well, COVID deaths are just another collateral damage in a liberal society. Trump inaction on COVID is actually preventing civil war, whereas, Biden (Democrat) policy will push their citizens closer towards it with leftist agenda. It was slavery, crime and poverty that precede their civil war. Keeping the economy open is the right thing to do, irrespective of Trump or Biden in the driver's seat.
