We have been robbed. ARS should be at 7c plus right now.. Problem is, management want out? They have had weeks now for the independent recommendation? How do retail holders join forces to put a stop to the T/O, then vote in a new board, or we all chuck in some funds and do our own T/)/and appoint a new management team. Maybe we approach a new firm and partner with them for a T/O but keep the company listed? I really don't know, just really jacked off about this. To value the company based on its Covid price is so wrong!! someone in the know on how all this crap works, help me out on this
