Are we to infer that POH has set up a JV, basically run by themselves, and then made an announcement to the market in such a way as to make it sound like they've done a deal with an independent party?
MMA is definitely not POH in disguise. This is a legit company. It's not my place to fill you in on the details, the background facts are there to research, but suffice it to say that there will be instant recognition in the animal husbandry world to the people behind this.
It appears to me that the MMA people put up cash to fund the research and it looks to have impressive results. Just another proof of technology and huge commercial opportunity, as well as a hint at other possible animal husbandry/veterinary applications of TPM.
