Well, after all the wash up, to find underlying value of $1.80 +, with current value on market at some 69c, tis but a portion of the whole, eh!

Yea, timber stocks are bad, retail down - never to rise again, no one will want the pine framing, oh, and the woodchips may as well go on our gardens!

So, with that out the way ....the positives:
~ aus housing should get long awaited 'build'up soon, real soon. 1st home buyers are flocking in, and should lead to growth in the other housing requirements, imo. This should encourage building related stocks, such as gunns.
~ the pulp mill may get the $$$ - from europe? Interesting times eh. Wood have thought it wood have been sourced over in china, but, here's to waiting for the final decision.
That decision by next month according to report ~ anticipate a good out-come, with high value adding to gunns, imo.

However, ready to cop the flak.

    Cheers :)
