Well! That was some reversal of the morning's bearish sentiment. While such amounts are chicken-feed to the BHPs and RIOs of the world, I view it as a very optimistic sign that this comparatively large sum was stumped up within the space of a minute for our wanna-be goldie. That hints to me that it's a "gonna-be" in the near term.
I posted a while back on the latent potential that I believed was present in SBL when it mouldered in the doldrums, using images of "coiled springs" and "flesh wounds" to express my faith in the stock. Given the time it spent bottom-feeding after the capital raisings and the ample opportunities stale holders have had to exit, I remain hopeful that the biggest kick is yet to come.
Like many others on this forum, I think the uncoiling of that pressure in the SP will only come if solid drilling results accompany the move to production. Bill Oliver indicated a willingness to shift some dirt during his recent interview on board room radio so I hope he's been busy since then.
Exciting times for all holders, are they not!
