    I think they had 86.6 million options to acquire shares @ 31.5 cents but they didnt take them up.
    Currently 172,626,250 ten cent options about to expire so it will dilute CNOOC's potential holding and also give EXE the flexibility of an extra 17 million bucks if they are all exercised..... not desirable to CNOOC.
