DRP: ABA: Abano Announces Strike Price for Dividend Reinvestment Plan

Abano Healthcare Group Limited advises that the strike price for shares
issued in lieu of the cash 2012 final dividend under its Dividend
Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is $4.55 per share.

The issue price has been determined, in accordance with the DRP, as the
volume weighted average sale price for all Abano shares sold on the NZX over
the five trading days immediately following the record date of 10 August
2012, less a 2.5% discount.

Shareholders who had elected to participate in the DRP will receive
additional shares, instead of cash, in respect of the dividend payable on 24
August 2012.

The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares.
