GENEVA FINANCE CONFIRMS RIGHTS ISSUE
On 14 August GFNZ Group Ltd (Geneva) announced that the proposed one for four
rights issue announced on 24 July has been deferred. Geneva now advises that
the proposed rights issue will proceed.The rights issue will be underwritten
by Federal Pacific Group Limited (Fedpac).
Take over panel approval is being sought for Fedpac's underwrite which is
also subject to shareholder approval at a meeting of shareholders scheduled
to be held in early November 2012.
