Pyne Gould Corporation Annual General Meeting
PGC wishes to advise that its annual general meeting will be held at 2pm on
Wednesday, 28 November 2012 in the Waitakere Room on level 17, AMP Centre, 29
Customs Street West, Auckland.
PGC also wishes to advise that the period for nomination of directors is now
open and that the closing date for nomination of directors shall be Friday,
19 October 2012. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing
date. Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend
and vote at the meeting, and should be accompanied by the consent in writing
of the person nominated.
Any nominations should be directed to the Company Secretary at PGC c/o
Deloitte, Level 18 Deloitte Centre, 80 Queen Street, Auckland.
