Nuplex Appointment to Senior Executive Team

Nuplex advises that Josie Ashton has been appointed to the Nuplex Executive
Team as Director, Corporate Communications.

The role of Director, Corporate Communications covers both the Investor
Relations and the Communications functions. The Investor Relations function
has become an increasingly important role within Nuplex as the Company
continues to grow and raise its profile globally.

Similarly, the Communications function, both internally and externally, is an
area requiring even greater global integration and focus at a senior, group
level.

Josie Ashton joined Nuplex in November 2010 in the role of Communications &
Investor Relations Manager.  Prior to joining Nuplex, Josie worked in the
banking and finance sector in various roles covering communications and
investor relations.
