The Directors of Kirkcaldie & Stains Limited (the "Company") refers to its
announcement on 20 September 2012.
The Company confirms that the development agreement and agreement to lease
that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Kirkcaldie & Stains Properties
Limited, and Contact Energy Limited have entered into is now unconditional.
