ALLOTMENT ON SETTLEMENT OF FOREST LAKE PROPERTIES MINORITY INTEREST
Metlifecare Limited (NZX: MET) has today completed an allotment of 168,094
fully paid shares in settlement of the acquisition of the 45% minority
interest that Te Rapa Racing Limited held in MET's subsidiary, Forest Lake
Gardens Properties Limited.
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 7.12.1, Metlifecare advises the
following securities have been issued:

Issue Price $2.20 per share
