I do not believe there is any hope of getting Page "on side"

GGP have recently applied to have the court proceedings heard in WA. This is the 2nd time they have attempted to have the proceedings heard outside of Reagan County Texas and they failed the first time.

Have to go back through my documents but they did attempt to have it moved to Harris County some time back.

Makes one wonder if they are trying to get it to WA where the purchase agreement was signed by FP, what are the chances of them getting a good outcome if it remains in Texas ??
