Not sure what its like in Sydney but emergency units deal with fake patients looking for attention on a daily basis.
And thanks to the media coverage there'd be folk so scared, afraid, feeble minded, self absorbed etc they'd be convinced of their need for constant medical attention without a second thought for the valuable resources they are tying up.
