Injection site reactions.
I remember in the 70's the government decided to vaccinate school kids in Victoria; can't even remember what is was for.
We were all lined up down the corridor and there were multiple doctors in the room we finally entered, bunsen burners going which they used to heat the needle, then we all had the jab. Hurt like hell.
My injection site festered and oozed puss for weeks. It was disgusting.
I still have the scar on my left upper arm to this day.
I had migraine headaches for years after that vaccination.
All care, no responsibility.
