The outcomes of the resolutions proposed at the TeamTalk Limited Annual
Shareholders Meeting held on 24 October 2012 were as follows:
1. That Roger Sowry be re-elected as a Director of TeamTalk Limited - passed.
2. That Tone Borren be re-elected as a Director of TeamTalk Limited - passed.
3. That George Paterson be elected as a Director of TeamTalk Limited -
passed.
4. That Penelope Eames be elected as a Director of TeamTalk Limited - not
passed.
5. That Directors' Remuneration be increased - passed.
6. That the Directors be authorised to fix the Auditors' Remuneration -
passed.
