Sanford Limited advises that its 2013 annual meeting will be held at 2.00pm,
Wednesday, 30 January 2013 at the Viaduct Events Centre, 161 Halsey Street,
Wynyard Quarter, Auckland 1010.
Sanford advises that the opening date for nominations of directors is 26
November 2012 and the closing date for nominations is 11 December 2012. For
