Aussie Banks are currently increasing variable housing rates...why?..Melbourne and Sydney house price bubbles and their future falls combined with a stock market correction won't play well for us....recession for Austtalia is coming...IMO....  ..unfortunately we hold no gold....lucky we mine and have great natural reserves....unlike most poor souls.. we are truly the lucky country...but lead by complete fools on both political sides....
