    Quietly building its plan and momentum .
    Fundamentals and technicals very good .
    4 cracks at 18c , small break up/down then re-test .
    Buyers keep soaking up any weakness .
    ROG ( Red Sky ) had a similar chart at 4c , then a breakout to 6c .
    Only a matter of time and news 'til LOD has a crack at the mid twenty cents .
    Follow the money . 4 Minute mile to be broken soon .
