"As we will have limited production from new wells in the first half of 2017, we anticipate production declines from the 4th quarter of 2016 until new wells start producing in earnest in the late 2nd qtr of 2017. Once growth begins, we anticipate achieving approx 20% full year production growth and building production rates into the 9000-10000 boe/d range"

This weakness shouldn't come as a surprise. Focus on the asset quality in the long term not quarterly production results. If you are an oil Bull this is still a great investment to keep hold of.
