I believe Quentin Cameron in the O&G Bulliten / Pex is saying that at over 80 cents PSA shares are getting towards being fully priced on what it has actually going for it right now. However he goes on to say that the next 12 months drilling in the GOM & China starting any day soon could prove to be very exciting. In fact I get the impression of reasonable bullishness for the coy's prospects.
