The commonsense way to solve this lack of law and order would be to make judges go guarantor for those they think should be allowed back on the streets.
Do you think judges would be letting many lose on the streets if victims could get compensation from judges taxpayer provided wealth?
Any foolish judge would soon find himslef mansionless.
