Judges are all ex-lawyers who have spent their working careers defending and associating with these scumbags. These lawyers in turn have come from a university where left wing lecturers generally indoctrinate them into believing all victims are liars and police are scum. Prior to this, they come from wealthy families where they resided in wealthy suburbs where crime is non existent.
