Probably they only found a foot or a hand to bury.
He was lucky they actually buried all of him minus the bullet hole.

But let this be known he was a kid and his parents need a fn slap over the back of the head.Where were his parents for the last 18 years ?????  the parents are to blame as well....

we need a law that says if the kid does something daft like this little kid did we need a line up of adults to slap the parents.One after the other slap...slap ...slap...slap...slap....slap...
