This may be so...none of are privy to the conditions of the insurance contact...the scenario that you describe relates to retail snd the inherent dangers of overnight display. My concern is more to do with valuation.... we are all waiting for the auction to establish benchmark pricing. im sure there will be a lot of to and thro between the assessors, the underwriters and MUS before we achieve a settlement. lots of lessons to be learnt.
