Problem is its never sustainable as you said. Constantly hearing that valuations no longer matter but they do of course. Same argument used every other time but common sense tells you the smart money won't be paying several times more than assets are worth. They will be gone just as this all comes to a finish as they always have been in the past. They tried all this before and as before inflation was the trigger for a huge crash not just in markets but housing too (concept that debt is good sort of funny).
Think when they done squeezing every dollar out of investors we will be seeing a lot of blood on the streets again, as the expression goes and my guess wrong or right, it's coming sooner rather than later, trade carefully. Happy to be on the sidelines till the music stops, catching up with a lot of streaming hehehe.
