Steady on guys.

5 days ago the price was 34.5c. Today, the price jumped 13.2% from a low of 34c to a high of 38.5c on the back of 21 trades for ~$68k volume total. The 5 day trading volume till today on the ASX is ~$177k.

They are only just cash flow positive this quarter because:

1) Receipts have jumped 60% - which is just awesome;
2) they borrowed $316k - not so good; and
3) They also received a $768k Govt grant/tax incentive - thank you very much sir.

But their expenses look to have jumped and chewed into that bumper receipts number. In particular, if they hadn't borrowed that money then they would have been cash flow negative this quarter. If you have a look at the previous quarter 4C, then you will see they lost > $2m in that quarter. They were also down ~$1.2m in the Dec 22 quarter. They now have ~$4.5m cash on hand.

This is a great company, with real products, striving to get some traction. But you're not out of the woods yet. Keep an eye on the cashflows from financing activities. Good luck, I may join you later.
