ISX needs to prove nothing, all it needs to do is defend. Based on the SOC, the ASX is defending against nothing. When the claimant has nothing then all the defendant has to do is deny all charges, and that is exactly what the ASX has been doing. Feel free to present any of points that ISX has outlined in its SOC and I crush them all here. If even I can do it, what hope exists for ISX in court? Against real lawyers?
