My point is that I think it is ancillary to the court case against ASX, it is the central issue of why they are in the position they are and it will be central to any investigation by ASIC. If it were the central point of the argument in court it would not be be on page 80 something of the SOC, it would be at the very start. ISX's case focuses on the way ASX are operating in respect of the Corps Act and their own listing rules.
