NSX company research states that Nickolas John Karantzis has a shareholding of 19.22% in NSX . It does not state that ISX holds any shareholding whatsoever in NSX. I may have misunderstood the posters here on ISX but it seems to me that they are under the impression that ISX own part of NSX. As I see it, only Nick Karantzis will enjoy any financial benefit generated by NSX. There are a few excellent posters on this forum and I would be grateful if someone would explain this discrepancy to me.

I think It’s under Probanx holdings limited. That’s what I can see from market index. Also do you think if John Get the holding ASX allow ISX to make an announcement about the acquisition? So your information is not correct.
