    Businesses do not operate on a "pub test".

    It is not a related party according to the Corporations Act. The Corporations Act does not declare siblings as being a related party. Additionally, since it was not a related party and was a private entity, JK did not have the authority to disclose it nor did ASX have any right to demand who it was. JK obviously obtained permission and chose to disclose it at the end of the day.
