Opinions please , why should voters PRE approve a 19.9% stake in CCc if we don't know who it is. Firstly bee groups will keep money in south Africa and okap I don't trust .what will the share price be e.g 10c = $27 mill further dilution. Seems like CCc had this planned in nov at the gm.
