From an accounting perspective a 19.99 Stake would mean that SK would be an associate. If this were 20% or more they would have significant influence and would have the power to participate in the operating and or financial policy of AUZ without controlling it. On the most recent slide page 4 last billet point it says SK can acquire 19.99% and to participate in the funding of the project- I think this is significant as it ties the stake and original investment ( which is under 20%) to financing of the project. This would provide everyone with a healthy degree of confidence in how SK perceive the company and it assets. I hope we receive additional clarification on this Monday as this would be very significant indeed. I would be interested to see what other people think ?
