I believe we have it correct - you have analysed and summarised the situation quite well it seems to me but hopefully somebody with more understanding than us can confirm the situation
I will be doing a little more research on Ballarat occasionally and especially watching the announcements to make sure the company is on track with our expectations
currently this appears to be an oustanding investment, shares selling very cheaply but some considerable patience will be required before the value of the mining operation becomes obvious to the market
