19 drill rigs, 28 km drilling pm

Sometime in the next four weeks another two drilling rigs will be on site at Rossing South, bringing the total up to 19 drill rigs. The month of March saw a record 28,000m being drilled.

As part of the DFS there is a pilot plant proof of design starting in Perth, which will be used to determine best use of reagents such as sulphuric acid and water consumption.

If EXT was not looking at being taken over, why are so many drill rigs being used in virgin ground to expand the resource size? If they were looking only to build a mine the drilling would concentrate on infill drilling only. Running a record number of drill rigs is expensive, the only reason is to expand the resource size.
