Hi BB
According to the "Holdings in Company" statement RSN released by KAH on 23/03/10.
http://www.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=42165365&epic=L^KAH
QUOTE
13. Additonal Information:
If by 8 May 2010, Nippon Uranium Resources (Australia)
Proprietary Limited holds or has an unconditional right to
acquire more than 13.2 per cent. of the entire issued
share capital of the Issuer but less than 15 per cent. the
number of ordinary shares granted to Nippon Uranium
Resources (Australia) Proprietary Limited pursuant to the
exercise of the option referred to in item 8(B)(i) above
shall be reduced to such number that the shareholding of
Nippon Uranium Resources (Australia) Proprietary Limited
in the Issuer shall not be more than 15 per cent. at the
date of exercise of the option.
So I would take that to mean Itochu/Nippon will still only have a maximum stake of 15% in KAH (~6% of EXT) once the options are exercised?
Regards
Steve
