Thanks for pointing that out... however, the situation remains a little unclear (it would be clearer if we knew who the option agreement were with and what the conditions were!).
The condition you quote relates to 8th May, whereas the new CONDITIONAL purchase agreement declared today has an expiry of 13th May, so it is not clear whether it will still remain conditional at 8th May and hence not count towards the 15%, or will be unconditional by then.
The large 8.9m conditional share purchase clearly relates to the EML shares whose sale has to be agreed by EML shareholders this Friday before it can proceed. I think that's a formality, as EML's shareholder register is dominated by Dattels & co.
