During the fall last year from the $25 peak in December 2009 there were lower highs at around $23.90 and then $22.20. After that there was a fairly quick move down to low $19 which was stayed aound for about 3 weeks last June. A close past $19.30 would confirm to me that we have passed that resistance point.
I also don't see much resistance between $19.30 and the $22. I think a few QBE directors would agree, given the recent buying!
