I guess their hands are tied until they can sort out a number of messy issues...still they are employed by "us" the share holders so they need to get shit done or come to some sort of agreement so the company can move forward in positive direction ... if they are not able to do this, then they need to resign and get someone into the company who can negotiate an outcome
