METLIFECARE ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT OF NELSON VILLAGE SALE
Metlifecare Limited has settled the sale of its Oakwoods village in Nelson.
The sale confirms the implementation of Metlifecare's portfolio
rationalisation strategy announced as part of the company's merger with
Vision Senior Living and Private Life Care earlier in the year.
Metlifecare now has 23 operational villages in the North Island, with over
half of these villages located in Auckland.
