MARKET RELEASE
Dividend Re-Investment Plan suspended
Argosy Property Limited today announced that its dividend re-investment plan
("DRP") will not proceed in respect of the dividend for the September quarter
that is payable on 21 December 2012. An amended Appendix 7 is attached.
The suspension is accordance with the terms of the DRP. Elections to
participate that have been made by shareholders under the DRP will not have
any effect in respect of this dividend and those shareholders will instead
receive a cash dividend at the same time as dividends are paid to
shareholders who did not elect to participate in the DRP.
The suspension is related to Argosy's announcement today of two separate
property acquisitions. It is anticipated at this stage that the suspension
of the DRP will only apply to the dividend for the September quarter. Argosy
will notify NZX prior to the next dividend being made by Argosy whether the
DRP has been reinstated.
