    the stock was issued free to shl shareholders.
    20c was just a notional value.
    unfortunatley some instos cannot hold shares which
    fall under a certain mkt cap.
    I presume the instos that got sie for free will have to
    sell,and seeing they were free shares it doesnt matter
    to them what price they sell at.
    sie has a good future, the price will bounce once the
    instos finish selling.
