ISSUE OF SECURITIES BY VMOB GROUP LIMITED (VML)
VMob Group Limited advises that it has issued new shares as follows:
Class of Security Ordinary Shares (VML)
Number Issued 5,797,653 ordinary Shares at 1.25 cents per share, fully paid
Payment Shares issued to select key management staff in lieu of salaries
Percentage of total Class of Security issued 0.70% (of total number of
Ordinary Shares on issue post completion of the issue)
Reason for the issue VML agreed with select key management staff to suspend
salaries/fees on the basis that such key management staff would be issued
shares in lieu of the suspended payments.
Authority for issue Directors' Resolution and NZAX Listing Rule 7.3.6
Terms of issue The new shares are credited as fully paid and rank in all
respects equally with the shares already on issue
