GENERAL: VCT: Electricity Distribution Information Disclosure

Vector Limited today published information in accordance with the Electricity
Distribution (Information Disclosure) Requirements for the regulatory year
ended 31 March 2012.

These 2012 disclosures are prepared in accordance with current disclosure
requirements and are consistent with previous years.

Given the new regulatory regime proposed by the Commerce Commission, the
disclosures will not be relevant when the Commission assesses the returns
Vector earns going forward.
