I wonder how much business sense they have?
I would be demanding a re structuring of the agreement due to the nature of the complexity that has arisen. Unfair to both however CTR does not have a bottomless pit of money.
My curiosity is what are they doing with the gas and the oil that has already been pumped out and being pumped out. Is it going towards the cost of the well or is it being pocketed.
