Thinking about this, is it a tactic to prevent Schiff and the "whistle blower" being called to testify in front of the Senate? Fact witnesses not needed for this, heresay preferable.
This may mean that only constitutional lawyers can be called and a dozen of them would give 15 interpretations. It could be high farce.
