I did laugh at this, they have no way of cracking any of my passwords. But it is a law that should never exist - they did this a 5 years ago at like 2am rushed through a bill that would make it so you can NOT protest anymore pretty much and be charged for it. Same/same, the real stupid in society will go along with this. Lucky I work in this industry (cyber security) might go apply for a role there.
