BLIS Technologies - Small Shareholding Plan (SSP)
The period set for those shareholders holding less than the minimum holding
to increase their holding to 25,000 shares or more in BLIS Technologies
Limited has expired.
First NZ Capital will now be advised of the aggregate number of shares to be
sold pursuant to the SSP by our share registrar LINK Market Services Limited
(LINK) and will transact the sales through the NZX.
Upon completion of the transaction, LINK will allocate the net proceeds
pro-rata based on the number of shares transferred and remit net proceeds to
individual holders. The net proceeds received by shareholders will depend
upon the market price prevailing on the NZX at the time of sale.
