BOARD CHANGES
Lyttelton Port of Christchurch (LPC) wishes to advise that Mr Rodger Fisher
is stepping down as Chairman of LPC, effective from 30 June 2013. Mr Fisher
will remain as a Director through to the Annual Meeting in November 2013.
Mr Fisher believes that a new Chairman should be in place at the start of the
new financial year. To that end, the Board will be moving through the
process of electing a Chairman Elect as soon as possible.
Mr Fisher has been on the Board since 2003, and has steered the Company
through a period of sustained growth and significant challenges. The Board
wishes to acknowledge the major contribution that he has made during his time
as Director and Chairman.
